If for any reason you are not satisfied (simply the product is not what you expected or do not like) we will proceed to return the money of the item itself, but will not reimburse the transport or management costs.

You will have a period of 14 working days to make the return or exchange, counting from the reception of the order, but you must inform gruasfuerte.com by email to: comercial@gruasfuerte.com

In case the product is defective, it must be attached an image of the same where the damage can be appreciated.

Likewise, the costs of the return shall be borne by the buyer as indicated in Art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade.

If you wish, you can also change your article for another.

Partial returns of product will not be accepted.

Once this period has elapsed without communicating the will to withdraw, no change or refund will be accepted.

The customer must send the product in perfect condition with the original packaging to the address of the purchase invoice: 36580 Merza – Vila de Cruces (Pontevedra), except in the case that the product is defective, or has arrived in poor condition by damages suffered during its transport.

No refunds will be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product or packaging is in poor condition
  • The product is not complete, accessories are missing or it is manipulated and / or broken.
  • Missing accessories or instructions or any other documentation
  • The term established for this purpose has elapsed
  • The proof of purchase and the delivery note are not provided

    The refund will be made once we receive the product and verify that it has been in perfect condition (except for cases of defective products or damaged during the transport delivery to the customer) and never in a period exceeding 30 days.

    The refund will be made in the chosen payment method, in which case we will ask for an account number where to pay the amount.

    The transport and management expenses are not refundable in any case.
